Overview
The Hanuman App is a devotional service platform used by volunteers and coordinators across ISKCON temples to manage services, sadhana, and events.
When I joined, the app already existed — but its design was cluttered, inconsistent, and visually noisy.
I was brought in as a freelance designer to clean the interface, refine the user experience, and restore calm to a product used every day by devotees.

I redesigned existing screens and components with a focus on usability, clarity, and devotional tone.
The core challenge was not rebuilding — but reshaping what existed to feel coherent, trustworthy, and serene.

Overcrowded layouts made key actions hard to find.
Inconsistent styles and color hierarchy created confusion.
Users struggled to complete routine tasks like check-ins or service updates.

Introduced a lighter, more personal layout with clear “Check-In” actions for Mangala Aarti, Japa, and Bhagavatam sessions.
Added contextual greetings and messages for festivals.
